Good point. Actually people like bureaucrats and illegal drug dealers are harmful to society, having a negative value. But their conscious awareness, if they have any, is the same consciousness as everyone’s and everything’s.
Yes, everyone shares in the glory of conscious existence even if they are unable to work. Our ultimate value is not in production of goods—our basic being is inherently valuable.
That becomes apparent when we realize our unity with all that is.
