Hi all, hope you're well. Hope this site is more helpful meeting people than others.
I was raised by a church going mother and had faith as a child, but in my early teens, that faith vanished, largely just because of education and the realization from that about how incredibly stupid religion is.
I'm hoping to meet a like minded woman here.

We’ve some amazing women.. Of which I’m not one 
But glad you made it.
Closer to your mother’s age ..I watched a lot of struggling single and stressed out parents turn to religion to ‘give their kids’ what they didn’t feel they had the time or capability to.
I could almost understand … but am reassured by so many like yourself - having plowed through the BS and figured it out. Welcome ~
