Waco is in the heart of Texass and very conservative. My late partner's eldest daughter graduated from Baylor with a masters and she is married to Jesus. I don't know a lot about the school but, in some areas it seems very religious. Still, it seems the survey is accurate. I can't imagine any truly secular person voting for this so obvious odious nutball.
