This is my first post, and I wondered what it would be about. My favorite Philosopher is Bertrand Russell, and he is primarily responsible for my pursuing Mathematics. I often think a lot about the nature of the human mind. I currently hover between neutral monism and reductive materialism.

@altschmerz Yes, and to Eliot’s shame, he pimped her out to Russell I understand for money.

I credit Russell as the inspiration for my entire education in later life, his books literally changed the way I think, learn and apply knowledge. He was a truly great man.
