What Matters

The constantly changing universe, never stops matter.
The course of entropy, brings unending changes of matter.
Life's evolution by the movement of entropy on matter.
Life cannot happen in a static state, where there's no movement that matters.
Where matter changes forms, life can form from matter.
Where that life was formed, by chance it came from matter.
The live matter forms many lives, for it comes from their matter.
What is the matter?
