I was there. His talk was great. I use the term godbotherers all the time now.

No, I didn't even knew about it. Besides, I couldn't afford the flights to the US.

Very cool. Met Christopher Hitchens at some of the events I've attended along with quite a few other notables in entertainment and academia. We're a pretty diverse and inclusive bunch.
