Most states and cities will ignore this as they have other changes in the environmental laws he has proposed. He and his changes are temporary and will change as soon as his fat ass is gone. There is also the fact states and major cities have seen the positive results of these laws and have no intentions of changing.

@of-the-mountain Some cities have already said they will ignore changes he wants to make in the EPA rules and laws. Just as auto manufactures are ignoring his proposed changes. They know these changes will not be permanent and they are not going to spend the money to change their designs only to have them reversed in the near future. This would not help their bottom line, and that is what matters.
@StarvingArtist Not all will ignore them but some of the larger cities have responded saying they will stick with what they have been doing. Whatever changes he makes will only last until the next Democratic President, don't you think?
I have a feeling Florida and Louisiana Are for sale to the highest bidder.
