MICRODACISM on Hate. Hate is, without a doubt, the greatest waste of energy, ever. In hating someone it depletes your sense of worth. Your emotions are needlessly scarred. You diminish your ability to grow. You retard your ability to be enlightened. You carry the supererogatory burden of ugliness. You are stunted in your power to move on. Hate cripples you in so many ways and it is totally unnecessary.
Not only is it unnecessary but it is a conscious CHOICE: YOU choose to hate.

Whatever you may think about the subject of your hate, it is still your choice to hate. The other person may simply be acting out his or her own Nature. Their behavior is one that has been cultivated without your help. Their seemingly disgusting activities which causes you to hate is THEIR NATURE and you are not to be blamed.

You were given senses to discern bad behavior. And, you should. Separating yourself from people who are not compatible with your standards of morality is your CHOICE. In other words, separate the person from their behavior. Love the person but don’t approve of their behavior. Segregate yourself from people like that and do not waste the energy of hate on them.

Then there are these two factors:
The person you hate is unaware of your emotional expenditure.
The person you hate is aware and delights in your pain and agony of your emotional state and simply don’t care.
In either case, you are the victim of your own creation of hate.

One of the Best books, ever, on human conditions and ethics is the collection of Aesop tales. Aesop was a slave in Greece (620 – 560 BC) who entertained himself by witnessing human beings and their frailties and then writing stories to illustrate human weaknesses. It is better then the Bible. There are no political or religion motives – just great examples of the imperfections in humanity.

Here is one of his tales: The Scorpion and the Frog – This is one of the best sermons you will ever read (if you truly understand it).

A scorpion and a frog meet on the bank of a stream and the
scorpion asks the frog to carry him across on its back. The
frog asks, "How do I know you won't sting me?" The scorpion
says, "Because if I do, I will die too."

The frog is satisfied, and they set out, but in midstream,
the scorpion stings the frog. The frog feels the onset of
paralysis and starts to sink, knowing they both will drown,
but has just enough time to gasp "Why?"
Replies the scorpion: "Its my nature…"

Except for trump and those around him, I really don't hate. I do dislike very strongly, and it makes me feel much better than holding it in. I turn my dislike into indifference. Indifference is so much more effective. It drives people crazy.

“And yet we scholars have to confess that it is far from certain whether a historical Aesop ever existed. If he did, his life is shrouded in legend.”

West, M 1984, The ascription of fables to Aesop in archaic and classical Greece, Ein Dienst der ETH-Bibliothek, Zurich
[doi.org]

If you are going to post academic ascriptions please be factual as your ascription to an individual called Aesop is misleading

“You were given senses to discern bad behavior. ”

Who or what gave them to me and what is the judicial system that discerns bad behaviour?
