A while ago, I remember someone complaining because someone was always hovering on her page. I normally use my phone but this morning, I have been on the computer and discovered it is unbelievably easy to accidently hover on a profile. It is a cool feature but takes practice to do it right.

Hovering is too easy. Seeing who hovered on me takes some effort. I have to go to my page and pull down Who Viewed Me.

I would look at this the other way and ask, why is she constantly checking to see who viewed her?

I would be happy to have the hover feature disappear - why should I care whose mouse accidentally tripped over me?

Why don’t we just turn this negative thought into a positive one. Look on it as a compliment that you are interesting enough for people to be “hovering” or thinking of taking a look at your profile!

I do it accidentally when on the laptop. I assume it was by accident when people do it to me.

It is so easy to do without ever intending to do and I actually find it quite helpful to remember who i am responding to or has responded to me.

I do it accidentally all the time. My mouse just seems to drift. Hopefully people are tolerant.

This is why I turned it off. I didn't want people to think I was stalking them. Stalking only works when they don't know it. 😉

It's frequently happening to me when I'm on the computer. The slightest hesitation causes a hover to trigger.
