Who is old enough to remember the Burma Shave signs along highway roadsides (sequential signs maybe every 100 yards)? I recall:

He tried to pass/as the train drew near/death didn't draft him/he volunteered/Burma Shave

Let's make Hitler/and Hirohito/feel as bad/as old Benito/Burma Shave

Farmers could make extra money letting Burma Shave paint ads on the sides of their barns. I can remember seeing a few back in the '60s.

Ad men can be wonderfully creative - it would be GREAT to come up with a series for those running against moscow mitch, i know nothing jordan and of course fake news orange lying trump!! What I would really like to know is te impact a jingle has on a person's choice. Remember the Firestone jingle - Where ever wheels are turning . . . the name that's known is Firestone where the rubber meets the road?
Or the more recent Barbasol Smooth Shave America with a handsome trucker? I won't include video clips or you'll have ear worms 🙂.

I remember seeing some. Let's resurrect that style for you-know-who.

I remember these signs, I tried to understand what they were stating but most of it was lost on me.
