More people I think need to get out and vote, only like maybe 30 percent of Registered voters, do they're civic duty and voice there right. Why be registered to vote if you don't go out and vote?

He's correct. Before we can fix the problems of the Electoral College and the unequal distribution of senators, we need to recognize both of those factors and gain an effective majority.
