I keep hearing so much on the news, etc. about voting fraud and results being hacked. Why are we shakeled to computers for that purpose. When I was young we voted on MECHANICAL voting machines which were fool-proof and secure. They could not be "hacked" or "erased". This country is not progressing. It's digressing! Not everything new is better, except on Madison Avenue.

There were no "hanging chads" on a mechanical machine. Anyway that was just smokescreen that Jeb Bush and that lady who supervised Florida elections came up with to turn the results to Bush. And he still didn't win. THAT, and not 2015, was the first rigged election in this country. Also, Al Gore should not have conceded the result to Bush. That election was a major turning point in the electoral system and gave the "Southern Evangelical Alt. Right" or what ever you want to call the people who are in control of Congress, and it gave them the justification for corruption they are using today!
