Bought this at the supermarket yesterday... 3.67 lb pork shoulder butt... Any suggestions on how to cook it?

in my slow cooker with apples, basil, leeks and pearl barley (or whole grain rice if you are gluten intolerant) serve with mashed potatoes parsnips and Yorkshire pudding

I would use one of my crock pots.

You can slow simmer, (beer & spices) then chop/pull apart & mix in BBQ sauce, them if you wish, roast on high heat til some parts turn crispy.

Roast with seasoning, let the skin get crispy

Slow roast it. Season with parsley,sage,rosemary & thyme,s&p.Drape 4 strips of bacon. Put in oven at 250° for 3 hours. Serve with roast shredded cabbage,carrots and onions, seasoned with caraway seeds. Mmmmm

Put it in a crock pot

Black beans and onions on the bottom
Season the pork with salt pepper cumin
Cover with chicken broth and let it cook for like 6 hours

Shred it and have pork tacos
