Have they imprinted you as their mother? I’d once become ‘the parent’ of a baby mallard, lots of work, with both joy & pain remembering..

I don't know if they think of me as their mother, but they certainly see me as the bringer of yummy meal worms 🙂.

Muscovy ducklings! Ours look so funny when they run.

I love watching birds run. Around here its my chickens and wild turkeys; and soon ducks 🙂.

That one looks to be accusing you of not putting out enough water.

They will be happy ducklings when they have a real pond. When they were smaller they would go under the water and swim a lap or two.
