Fascinating video. Btw, several years ago, interested as I have long been in scientific explanations, I looked into the science behind yoga. What I discovered is that there is more reason to be skeptical about the practice than all of the esoteric woo. People have suffered catastrophic and permanent injury from it, and many more have suffered debilitation which has taken long to heal, all of which has been largely swept under the rug. Not saying that there can't be benefits, just that it's no magic pill, and one must always apply caution and common sense.
