I talked with the liquor store owner tonight: should we have a wine and liquor tasting event once a week for grandparents thrown into the full day babysitter mode. He agreed.
He has three GC at home and knows of which I speak. I only bought one bottle of wine because I could not find my debit card. Found it larTer in my bra ??? WTF?

On a sad note, my little old Chihuahua dude, Chico, died today. I am very sad. He just slipped away, blind, without teeth and tired of life, I think. I rescued him from being abandoned near a grocery store in Utica, NY, two years ago. He loved sleeping at the foot end of my bed, used puppy pads and could never make up the stairs. I carried him.
My daughter will dig his grave tomorrow. I will miss him.
