Should the US look towards instituting a governmental policy similar to what is used in UK in "recalling an MP" to effectively fire senators, congressman, governors, President who are doing an unsatisfactory job? Would doing so be beneficial to the nation or create instability? How could this tactic be leveraged to ensure ethical conduct and competence in our leaders? We could call it "You're Fired".

However, the opening words: The United States has one of the greatest democracies of the world, a democracy that is ruled by the People, for the People has flaws. The Founders took themselves from a monarchy and put us in an oligarchy.
@Fred_Snerd I doubt that anything is perfect, ...or beyond manipulation.
