These include a serious car accident one block from home, almost falling off a cliff near Dubois, Wyoming, almost being bitten by a rattlesnake up the Rockies in the Lemhi Range on the Idaho/Montana Line, almost dying of heat stroke/dehydration while working in the Rockies near Pueblo, Colorado, being hit by cars on bicycles (twice; Lompoc, California and Cincinnati, Ohio), almost bleeding out, having serious pancreatitis (twice), and having multiple pulmonary embili.
