I think a wonderful thing I can do at least with the limited resources I have right now during the quarantine to remain healthy and happy is to pull up a YouTube video on how to exercise using 5 pound dumbells, go through the routine, and repeat, as much as necessary to build muscle and burn fat. I also can use the staircase, one flight, that is at the private entrance to my apartment to go up and down it about 10 times at a time with music from my iPhone wearing headphones on Spotify, some playlist I put together with my favorite songs, and do this as much as I can when I feel sluggish or out of shape, which is a lot. I can also, which is lucky for me, wait for one of those live yoga classes that my online friend does, as she is a yoga instructor during this lockdown, and occasionally donate to her cause on Venmo. These combined make up all the opportunities I can currently fathom, aside from using my foam roller when I feel muscles tightening up, to maintain a healthy physique when there is a lack of leaving my apartment and going out to the gym. What I used to love to do was go swimming, but that can be a cesspool of germ infestation and we don't want that.
