Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Wow I've got to look further into this one. Its a bombshell! I have studied Catholicism in a historical context for years. I really don't know what to make of it. The pope is the mouth piece of god. This means what the pope says is what god says by proxy. This undermines the whole structure if the church. I think this story will be quietly buried and swept under the carpet. Pope Francis will likely be advised to never speak is such terms again.
