Yep, when I go to bed and it drives me crazy and keeps me awake. I guess I have to be thankful it isnt all the time, just occassionally.

It makes me nuts.
I used to get muscle cramps too, but a banana (Potassium) a day cured that.

@Paul628 My doctor recommended I drink seltzer water, I have to mix flavor in it to stand it

I back off sweets in the evening. It caused restless leg syndrome. Mostly in my left leg. Then eventually over to my right leg. To many Kroger cookies did this to me. What ever is in their homemade, made in the store, expensive cookies, effects me.

I do and I use kratom to stop it. Works really well!

I looked that up. The side effects appear to be rough. Does the good of it outweigh the danger of overdose?

@BucketlistBob there is no danger of overdose and unfortunately a few websites out there intentionally lie about kratom because it's costing them financially, like rehab centers. If you take too much you throw up so how could you overdose? Nobody has ever died from it even though the FDA says they did. One of those "kratom" deaths doesn't mention the guy was also shot. There is no high and no depressed breathing like opiates do. It kills my pain safely, compared to the drugs doctors give me which kill people every day. I've been using it for 3 1/2 years now and I'd never go back willingly.
