Reminds me of a doctor who once syringed my ears with a huge brass syringe that looked like it was made for use on hypos if not elephants.
Now you may think that no problem but for the fact that this doctor had had a stroke and was in a wheelchair. When his hand came off the arm rest he started to shake , the higher he got the worse it got. Somehow in the last half inch he managed to control it long enough to get a good squirt in before extracting and having another shaking attack. I did eventually leave with well cleaned ears.
