I feel like I should apologize for even exposing you to this, but you kinda need to see it to get it. It was an extremely popular series on Netflix in the US at the beginning of the pandemic, so the entire country seemed to be watching it, stuck at home, at the same time. I did not. But I gleaned enough from others to know the meme makes some sense lol. Someone else here called it a trainwreck so bizarre and crazy that people can't help but watch. I thought that was a pretty spot on description.
