These statistics tell me that we need to work on getting people registered to vote.

Do you think that would make a difference in the outcome? Do you think the outcome would be more liberal or more conservative if more people were registered?

Between so many voting sites having trouble being set up and the USPS being under attack, I don't know if it would make a difference. One would have to be able to actually vote for it to matter. However if we can get this under control then I think there will likely be many more moderates and liberals out there than conservatives at this point and I do think the current regime would be overturned.

Not only do we vote in lower percentages, there is a very low percentage of eligible voters registered in America.

In other words I think a registration drive would make a big difference. I carry registration forms in my car as well as absentee ballot applications.

I think one way we can all help is to find out the rules for registration in our States and try to increase registration numbers.

In the past the larger the turnout the more it favors the Democrats. This is why the republicans are now and have in the past tried to suppress voting and won't pass a voting rights bill. If you did away with the Electoral College it could be decades before they won another Presidential election.

Political activists can answer those questions. Those I knew would tell you:

  1. Conservatives always vote.
  2. Liberals vote when it’s not inconvenient.
