Energy is eternal. I love that. As someone who does not believe in an afterlife and the daughter of an atheist too, I love that I share some of my Mum's atomic energy. Part of her carries on through me. I love that the atomic material that created me has always existed and always will. I am part of every living thing that has ever been and ever will...we really don't need to pray for immortality, we already are the stuff that stars are made of...
