Definitely, nursing homes are in a similar situation. It’s a very sad state of affairs. Most people seem to support death with dignity, but the mighty dollar still seems to talk loudest πŸ™

Ironically funny! I see him trying to die so he won't have to pay the medical bill.

Sure, I'm sure lots of people would give up their lives just to avoid a bill. Though considering the medical bill might be financially crippling and might ruin someone's life for years, dying might be the best route.

Some procedures are unpleasant to say the least. That's why people have living wills and DNRs.
