I firmly believe that you can be a follower of Laws of Attraction and The Secret and still be an atheist. Do you believe that?

It is about Thought Radiation. You get back the thoughts you radiate and your brain literally trains itself to see what you tell it to believe. I don't believe in Karma because I know too many bastards who are doing well but I do believe in the power of Thought Radiation to an extent but I am not blaming victims when bad things happen to them.

Do you mean the attraction that matter has for other matter? Gravity? And I’m not sure about this secret or why it is capitalized.

He's referring to the book, The Secret, which is just a popular re-hashing of ancient hermeticism. The "Law of Attraction" is that you create your own reality by your thoughts. Ergo, if your life is shit, it's all your fault somehow, and if you want to be rich and happy, just think rich and happy thoughts.

You can still be an atheist, all be it a gullible one

Of course. There's nothing in the definition of "atheist" that says what you believe or don't believe about hermeticism.

I would argue that most atheists are atheists as a knock-on effect of being critical thinkers and skeptics, and that if that is true of a particular atheist, it would be logically inconsistent for them to believe in anything that's not properly substantiated.

However, atheists are also human beings, and human beings are not entirely rational. So there's that.
