Maybe my ears. I have tinnitus. All my joints are still good. My spine is starting to wear out, so better abdominal muscles would help.

Sounds like you have the kind of luck with doctors that I do.
@wolf041 yes, it is Always "complicated"...one good thing, though, when I try to explain some of the problems I have had , like excessive swelling that bursts stitches (the glue failed on the knee surgery) and I see they are dismissive, I know to get another doctor! Very helpful, actually.......
@AnneWimsey I know that only too well. Managed to make it to about 6 years ago without any surgeries till a Dr got a bit free and easy with a routine stomach scope and shoved it through my intestines. I'm now waiting for the Covid thing to be over so they can go in a fourth time to fix the resulting ##$*! Hernia again.

@AnneWimsey I live in red state hell lawyers around here are spoiled rich kids with 6th grade equivalent educations. Not even worth trying.
