If my dreams come true and Biden and a Republican majority in the senate are elected, we will still need a Supreme Court that rules for everyone in America.
About the only way that can happen is if the number of justices is increased which is considered very unlikely. Justice Ginsburg repeatedly stated that her appointment was important because she provided a woman's perspective to the court. Our country is made up of so many different people and most of them do not have their perspective represented on the Supreme Court. Increasing the number of justices could make that happen. If everyone's perspective could be represented by a wise and deliberative Justice from all of our many different factions, how many Justices would that take?
Until the political aspect of selecting justices there will never be fair, unbiased judicial decisions. A start would be to remove the requirement of a presidential nomination.
How would they be selected then?
