Try this
To hardboil an egg: cover egg(s) with water, 1/2" over the eggs.
Add: 3 to 4 drops of coconut oil, making the boil hotter thereby reducing the cooking time to between 10 - 15min.
Result: Fresher tasting eggs--not overcooked--and the shell comes right off!
