@Kimber5617 So sorry to hear about your experience. I hope you realized it quickly and were able to avoid any major issues. I don't know the severity of the experience, but you can report users if you believe they have behaved inappropriately on the forum or in person.
Just talked on the phone and a few messages from time to time. Distance is factor for me unfortuneately.

Same here, seems like that happens all over on here from what I have read from others.
@mistymoon77 The site seems to be growing exponentially so this will improve for some of us. Distance is a DOUBLE-issue for those living rurally... there are few people and they're 99.9% religious conservatives. I love living in the country, but once you lose your partner, for some people, we're just out of luck for finding a new partner from our area. Amazon solves many of our needs, but still doesn't have two-day shipping on new partners.
@mtnhome It's all about connection and having similar interests other than the obvious on here. I have met a lot of very interesting, funny and cool guys on here that I know, if we did live closer, we would be in for a heep of trouble but in a good way.
It takes time I'm guessing ... people are more cautious as they should be!
It's a very very strange world we live in, and every one needs to take care ( I was going to say women but).
We all have someone that wants us to stay safe ... so my rule of thumb is you can never be to cautious!
