I'm sure, like in the US, that the space program is closely linked to the Defense apparatus. How can they launch nukes to Pakistan without rockets?
@phxbillcee They could just plant them right at the border, these two nations are on top of each other so, either one risks destroying themselves with their own missiles.
@HeathenFarmer But religion is involved, too, so anything can happen!
