Got my first vax today! Yay! Making plans to have my grandsons over for the weekend in three weeks (after my second dose) and then visit my son and granddaughter in Tx April.

The research from israel is that the vaccine is 99 percent effective against death and serious illness.

This does NOT mean you will not become infected. It does NOT mean you will NOT not become ill.

AND it definitely does NOT mean you cannot transmit the virus to others when infected.

This is why we must continue to wear masks. To protect against the 5% chance of contracting and spreading the china-19 to your loved ones.

Best to not have a false sense of total protection.

Correct. I will travel but I'll wear a mask for others.

Yes, it's only been 3 hours but nothing so far. My arm is not even sore yet.

I get my second tomorrow. So pumped to get back to a least a bit of normalcy. Most happy about returning to the gym monday
