You're right. The manufacturers are getting paid because researching, testing, and mass producing vaccine for a few billion people doesn't happen for free. @bbyrd009 No. Government guaranteed hospitals would get paid for Covid-19 patients, whether they were insured or not. No extra pay for doctors. No incentive to make false diagnosis. It's more than likely there are more cases of Covid than have been reported.
