Have you tried this mobile app? I tried it today and it is awesome.
It is designed to offer excess restaurant food for much less at participating restaurants. I got a basket of dozen bagels from a favorite place for $2.50. It usually sells or $15.99 in the am.

If you don't see the app, it is probably not available in your area is my guess.
