Experiences with your smart phone. What kind do you have and do you recommend it?

I have an iphone 6 with a badly cracked screen, it has 16 gig storage and is sloooow at times. Sometimes it will freeze up on certain apps.

I am thinking maybe just ditch the whole apple thing because they are a tad expensive. Starting to look around for something to replace it. I listen to a lot of music have some of it on itunes, also I drive for uber sometimes on weekends, I want something fast and dependable. Thanks for any suggestions comments, etc.
