... while "Third World" is trying their damdest to make sure scholars are proficient in exactly that. I have never seen sooo many qualified accomplished black scientists like I've seen in the last 15-20 yrs in South Africa. I've been to some of their graduations and I feel excited about it. ...just goes to show how an opportunity at equal education can make a difference in people's lives.
