Only because France long fomented trouble in Quebeck & the state is the largest if not most populous.

It has suddenly occurred to me Len that like the great misdirection of everyone associating the invasion of Ireland with the English, Hitler with Germany & 1066 with the Norsemen, the first and last was French. The second Austria.
