They do lose their effectiveness over time. My booster shot was exactly the same as my previous two, and We will probably need a fourth, which is fine by me. I get a flu shot every year. Whats the difference?

Yep, we will probably end up needing boosters every six months. Time will tell whether it can be an annual vaccination or not.
