I've been watching YouTube about Lake Mead. I didn't know that many farms in SoCal are foreign-owned (Saudi Arabia, China, and Japan to say the least). They grow plants, to include cow-feed, and animals using our water to ship back to their own countries. Politicians, mostly idealogical, mainly Baptist or Catholic, come to mind and who exactly might be donating to them for their support. It's always about getting more money. With Lake Mead draining out, what will Vegas or sun City do? I imagine all the religious cults of the world would be happy for such a place to go ghost town.
