I know I should but I don't. I have always been lousy at scheduled commitments. I try to do two or three simple things at night before I go to bed. One of which is balancing on one foot for 10 seconds. Then I do minor stretches.
During the day I make sure I never use my hands to get out of a setting position and I do kegels when I pee. I used to hold my stomach in as hard as I could at every stoplight. I definitely need to start doing that again. Mowing and trimming my little acre is my cardo. Going any place with my 5'9 girlfriend helps as well.
