Exercise just once a week for better health, is that too much to ask?

I know I should but I don't. I have always been lousy at scheduled commitments. I try to do two or three simple things at night before I go to bed. One of which is balancing on one foot for 10 seconds. Then I do minor stretches.

During the day I make sure I never use my hands to get out of a setting position and I do kegels when I pee. I used to hold my stomach in as hard as I could at every stoplight. I definitely need to start doing that again. Mowing and trimming my little acre is my cardo. Going any place with my 5'9 girlfriend helps as well.

I heard that doing kegels while peeing is bad.

@Jolanta someone else told me that but I've been doing it for years and never had an infection ..

Good to know that once a week might be enough. Now I feel like I'm doing extra when I can manage 3 times a week or more. 🙂 I'm still going to aim for 3+ times a week, but won't beat myself up if I can't make it more than once a week. 🙂
