Just found out my last surviving kitty soul mate has incurable stomach cancer. MY HEART IS BREAKING AGAIN. Just lost his brother late October. I hate fucking cancer.

Oh hell - it's really heartbreaking, isn't it?

Try to remember the good times, and what you shared. How he made your life a better place, and you made his life a better place in return.

So sorry to hear, our babies don't live long enough, the heartbreak is hard to accept.

I'm very sorry. My 16yr old Princess died from cancer, very sad. The next week i went to the animal shelter and got a new friend. It really helped my mental state. There are so many who need love and a home.

Sucks. Know exactly what you're going through. Love him up for as long as you have.

My Kitty has some horrible bowl issues going on. He's 17 and arthritic, but otherwise he's fine. His mind is good, he seems happy, wants to be on my lap. But you can tell it really hurts him to poop. I wish I would just find him gone one morning. I don't want to have to make the decision. ?? my other amazing cat went missing a year ago. I'm with you in kitty sorrows. ❤

I'm so sorry. I know it's a cliche, but it's also true that our animals leave footprints on our hearts. Enjoy the time you have left with him. Take pictures. And when he has escaped his pain, remember all the good times you had together.

#CancerSucks, and not in a good way. I hope you get some quality time with your kitty soulmate before he goes.
