You didn't get the joke... She tries to change into gym clothes to work out, but she's gotten so fat during the pandemic that her heart rate reaches 160bpm while she's putting on her gym clothes. Man, wow, you don't even have to do a workout, you already have cardio every time you want to exercise. That kind of training will go in place of a warm-up, LOL...! In all seriousness, you should visit The Fitness Tribe (online to begin with, of course) to get your heart rate up to 180bpm and then gradually get hooked on those gut-wrenching screenings. Watch others suffer every day and you'll be able to beat the 200bpm milestone.
