Still trying to build up the energy and drive to stick to a new workout regiment. I need to drop this stubborn pound and a half before Thursday to stay on my already delayed track.

I've been working out regularly for almost ten years and in my experience the easiest way to drop a pound or two is to skip a meal or eat less for a day or two. I actually put on a few pounds when I first started to exercise. But in the long run working out and eating healthy is the key. Good luck🙂

Most of it was bloating. I dropped the weight I needed to hit my goal and then some. I've been on pace losing an average of 2.1 pounds per week. Most of the time, Thursday is at the bottom of my cycle so I set my weigh in day for my lowest point in the week. I spell up at random points between them but mostly am down by Thursday.

I'm down 60 of my 100 pound goal.

Well, I wish I only had a pound and a half. Due to laziness and bad eating habits, I swelled to 275 lbs. Got on a scale thing I weighed at most 225 the shock sent me into a bit of depression. I realised that feeling depressed was just my psyche excusing my past behaviour and self-pity wouldn't fix the problem. So a year and 33 days later I'm down to 197 lbs, and I'll reach my goal of 175 in 90 to 120 days from now. I'll never let that happen ever again. I eat well now, and I workout and I'm enjoying my success.

Congrats on the accomplishment. I was very similar. I hit 279.4 and threw my back out. I've been at it for the last 206 days losing 60.4 pounds and I have another 139 days to go to get to 180. I'll finally be no longer overweight on January 2nd but I'm going to keep going to move as far below that line as I feel is healthy. Getting control really makes you feel good.

ApostasyS WOW! I'm very impressed. Congrats. I'm trucking along too but I won't be there until Juneish. But I'll get there and that's all that matters.
