If the world order was maintained and Bush was prosecuted for the illegal invasion of Iraq, then Putin would have considered far more carefully before invading Ukraine.

Our PM at the time, John Howard, was referred to as "Bonzi" because he was a little Bush. GW called him "The man of steel" and didn't we laugh in Australia. He also received a US "Freedom medal" from GW, never seen him show it off though which is understandable.
Bush, Howard and Blair should all have been prosecuted over Iraq. Clinton/ NATO should have been done for Bosnia. If that had happened, Libya would still be a functioning country and I doubt Ukraine would have turned out the way it has.
Such a shame the UN has no teeth and I've never understood the 5 permanent members for the UNSC. Reminds me of "Animal Farm" eg "We are all equal, but some are more equal than others"
