Well in their defense... I suspect when this was written, the aberration known as trump had not yet slid down the golden birth canal into the white house.
Option 2: I also suspect that they infer that you're speaking positively about that person. Ergo, trump is exempt from that rule.
But the more I do #10 the greater the depression and anxiety is created in others - hahahahahah.
