Maybe, just maybe we are seeing a shift. Don lardo and his creepy sons are banned from doing business in NY! I'm sure he'll appeal but the person put in charge of overseeing the company business is staying. He was not allowed to move everything lock, stock and barrel to Delaware. If it is explained enough times why doing what he did is so harmful , even though he paid back the loans, the math and moral challenged in the U.S. might just get it.
The thing is when it comes to value for either loans, insurance or taxes virtually all business or property owners most likely fudge a bit, don lardo like everything he does went further and anyone ever thought of going. Time to pay the piper.

He is such a slime ball. Even if he could to move to DE, there would be such an uproar there that he wouldn't want to stay. They wouldn't put up with him. Of course, he will just shout "fake news" and his minions will believe him, but he may find it very difficult to do business anywhere again. Banks and insurance companies won't want to do business with him. His last recourse will be Russia or Saudi Arabia.
