Just want to tell everyone what a Great day Friday, and yes the entire week, was for me:

My follow-up ultrasound and mammogram from Spring, for a lump i got 3 years ago following a puncture wound, was declared a "non-issue", no more follow ups needed.
We unexpectedly had 63 degrees, bright sun, no wind and i got the RV washed, without turning into a Popsicle, a good-size job...The fact that i felt well enough to do it, and used my replaced shoulder with no problems was the icing on the non-popsicle.
Went to karaoke and had a great time with a guy who chatted me up, which, now that i am normal-sized, happens even at this age.
A damn fine Friday!!!!
And oh, did i mention i am completely Off insulin now?
And got back on here?

All good there, in particular getting off of insulin. Sure wish I could do that, but Type 1s are not so lucky as those with Type 2.
