Early childhood brainwash, control, cheating, environment and normalization (everybody is doing it around them) and the fear put in men into them that if you don't do... God will....

It happens in all lands. My sister who was most educated in the entire family and most travelled and accomplished was most religious. The 330 million gods were not enough for her so she started following Russian and Hungarian saints. She used to bring me photos in her visit to me in the U.S. I was so torn being a hard core atheist on one side and on the other she dumping religion on me big time. But I tolerated out of love and finally her being over religious killed her. She chose religion over visiting doctors and hospitals.

I see these stories all the time and a very little I can do and feel very sad inside.

@St-Sinner And I help at Planned Parenthood, when women are having abortions. I've heard stories you wouldn't believe about abuse, negative conditioning, etc. I feel the same way you do...there's very little I can do and I'm always so very saddened.
