As a vegan I take B12. Maybe I should cut back as too much might be what's messing up my sleep.

When I took B-complex pills I found it imperative to take them in the morning or I buzzed for hours in bed

@annewimsey1 Good to know. It's meant to be taken with food so I take mine during lunch.
